File a Petition to Reconsider to Round-off to 75%. (NOT TO RECHECK- WAG ITO)
Alam ninyo, you can file a Petition to ask for benevolent reconsideration of the SC. There's is always a first time.
Do not ask for re-checking at siguradong denied. Hilingin ninyo sa Court ang awa. Yes, awa. Tell them, the high cost of retaking the bar, yung mga pinag-daanan ninyo, the waiting for years para tapusin uli ang Refreshers and another costly Pre-bar review

Hilingin ninyo ang Awa, yes magmaka-awa kayo. I think the SC will reconsider pag nakita nila ang inyong struggles. Ilagay ninyo lahat ng gastos, pains, lahat na. And ask for awa and reconsideration. Some if not all of them, will feel you. At pag naramdaman nila kayo (emphaty), the Rules maybe relaxed.
Again, there is always a FIRST TIME.
74.99 or 79.93 is just 0.01 away from 75. What is the difference? Guts. File a Petition. Sana yung 79.99 or 79.98 or lower kahit yung 74.90 para magkaroon ng decision.
This is your legal and Scientific basis:
Ask SC to consider <-0.1> as a human margin of error. Scientific ito. Ask a mathematician para magkaroon kayo ng BASIS on margin of error. Legal and Scientific bases ito.
You will forever love me for this. You will love for this. And I am telling you .... hahaha love me, love me, loooooove... meeeee... yeah! 🎵 🎶
I am so heartbroken, and I can feel you.
Don't ask kung paano mag file ng Petition, open your Rules of Court. Civil procedure lang yan. Basahin ko Petition ninyo.
Share this para maraming mag file. And SC will feel your pain. Let us pray for generosity.

Bobo nitong petition na ito. The official list of successful bar examinees will not and should not be changed because of some "human margin of error". The committee of bar examiners are experts in their respective field of law and purposefully checked every bar examinees' answers to assess whether they possess the minimum qualifications to be able to be admitted into the practice of law. Asking the Supreme Court for "generosity" is certainly not one of the means to pass the bar examinations. If you fail then accept it with all dignity. Grieve if you must but always learn from your experience and do better the next time.
